Taste of Dallas Sports Zone

The Sports Zone, hosted by Baylor SportsCare, will feature your favorite pro and college teams from the Metroplex.... The Cowboys, Mavericks, Stars, Rangers, FC Dallas, RoughRiders, TCU, SMU, North Texas and more will be participating in the event.

Get up close and personal with your favorite teams. Players, cheerleaders, mascots, interactive games and so much more will be on site!!!

In addition the Texas Motor Speedway will be part of the Sports Zone. They will have a NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Car on hand, interactive racing games, and more.

The NBA NATION tour is making it's final stop this year at the Taste of Dallas. Former Univiversity of Texas standout and current Portland Trailblazer, LaMarcus Aldridge, will be there Sat and former Dallas Maverick and All-Star, Rolando Blackman will appear on Sunday. In addition, NBA legend "Chocolate Thunder", Darryl Dawkins will be in attendance.

Mavs Maniacs Iron Chef Competition Friday night from 8-9pm & Saturday night from 7pm-8pm
Picture & Autograph session with the Mavs Dancers on Saturday afternoon from 3pm-5pm
Kids can play Basketball Goal in the Sports Zone

The Dallas Stars will have a Slap Shot Hockey game for the kids to play.


	Meet the Frisco Rough Riders Mascot Saturday 12-3pm		Texas Rangers mascot will be Sports Zone. Check back for exact times



	SMU Cheerleaders & Mascot will be in the Sports Zone Saturday from 4-7pm		TCU will be in the Sports Zone with player appearances on Saturday afternoon


	Picture & Autograph session with Tex Hooper, the FC Dallas Mascot Saturday 2-5pm Picture & Autograph session with the FC Dallas Dancers Saturday 2-5pm		Appearance by the UNT Mean Green Cheerleaders & Dance Team on Saturday UNT Mean Green Semi Truck & mock tailgate UNT Bounce House for the kids
